Tariff: INR 90,000/- plus taxes per night for upto 10 pax with all meals inclusive.
Extra pax are charged at 4500/- per person per night with all meals inclusive
Kids are charged as per age: Per Night Charges
Below 2 yrs: No Charge | 2 yrs upto 5 yrs: 1250/- per kid | 5 yrs upto 12 yrs: 2000/- per kid |
12 yrs & above: Charged as an adult.
Weekend & Weekday tariff remains the same.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not have staff quarters, hence any maid/ driver/ nanny will be counted just as an extra adult in the family, given the same meals & an extra mattress to sleep in the living area.
- Max Capacity: We wouldn’t recommend more than 20-25 individuals staying in the villa with extra beds.
- Weekends between Friday to Sunday, we’ve a mandate of booking 2 nights minimum | Weekdays we take single night booking as well.
- Check in Time: 3pm | Check out Time: 12pm

- Booking Process: We need 50% to block the date and 50% latest by 48 hours before check in. We do not do any sort of refunds, we only re adjust the amount to future date on a case to case basis, rights of discretion of which are with the management only.
P.S.: We give the entire villa to a group & we do not rent it room wise.
